i and me

A good traveler has no fixed plans, and is not intent on arriving
~Lao Tzu

I haven’t ever understood how people interpret what life wants out of them, and how they have concrete answers to where do you find yourself to be after some years from now clinchers.

I hate faking many a times like these. I hate building up stuff that fits the bill (theirs of course)

Is lack of ambition defined as not knowing where one is headed (a mindset that most definitely irritates certain people, though they wish well, I know)

I dislike being caged in by tedium. I dislike routine watch over me.

I cannot be tied down, I am like the piece of paper that flew out of my hand yesterday evening from the terrace; the piece of paper that swayed with the gentle breeze, to and from, up and down, tracing a path very haphazard

I have yet to find my calling in life

I want my obituary to read

"We do confirm that he no longer is with us, though mind you, there is absolutely no guarantee he went straight to heaven (as is the norm). He was always a drifter. Period"

Belief

Something we trust upon, which need not to have justifications, its just that comes straight from the heart. There are some 8-10 religion followed by people in the nation we live, which has Hinduism on the top of all, which has some 310 million plus deities. Islam second in the row, where they believe in Allah, and rest other religion have their own 'separate' god to worship. India is a country of belief. People here believe more than what actually exist. God! whose identity no one can ever justify, this sentence may prove me an atheist but I'm not exactly so. The holy books are the only proof which makes one educated civilized human to have trust on the existence of such super natural power, which in common man's term is said God. Do really God exist? I don't know neither I'm in search of it. But if there is god existing and he's operating and managing all that turns up and down on the world surface things wouldn't have been so worse as it is today. Wouldn't God mind having calamities? Will this be right on his side to harm their followers? What is it all about?
For answers we have nothing but our holy books in hands which even have no such assured historic proof of being authentic which i believe. But now that will be too much not to follow that also. The books in all religion has only one summary which says have faith in god, which is there to protect you, if you  follow his path. now that's what I really appreciate. FOLLOW!! not WORSHIP!! Two very different words, put its meaning totally different. None of the authentic proofs suggest any religion to worship. They talk about following the words and obey the rules, in the way to make life easier.
One example I would really love to mention here when the issue is of belief. People worship Shri Shirdi Sai Baba. Good, to have faith in him, I don't deny to it. Here also the authenticity comes from the holy book Sri Sai Satcharitra. Never ever mentioned in it to worship Sai Baba as God, his message was to have faith in the almighty who sent him to the world as his messenger to spread peace and love, to believe in two things 'Shradha' and 'Saburi'. Similarly Even Jesus said he is the son of Father God, he is not the God himself. Then why so much in the name of God is being done all over! millions and even billions are spent in the name of holy work! Crores of money just wasted!! Does it reach to God! Did he asked for it! It hurts me many a time when I see the things moving in wrong direction. My words are just simple, Believe in the super natural power, which has its own gravity. Never run towards anything which has its existence doubtful, no proper shape or size. God is inside all of us. We are his creation. Every human being and every creature we see has its reflection. Help people. Be honest. God lies where there is peace, truth honesty and justice. Not at the various physical locations! Wake up people.

"Life of Pi-The tale of a tiger' A review:

Life of Pi:

The best definition of it that I have is, a story which forces you to believe in god, if u believe in god’s existence you surely gonna believe in the film’s storyline and same if you do not then there is one more story in the same line, replacing the animals with some human characters related to the lead. But that’s not so very happening.
The movie starts with Irrfan Khan narrating his life to a writer sent to him from his uncle’s side, who was in search of a story to be published under his own name, which goes like this somewhat. PI, born in India was named Piscine Molitor Patel in the name of a swimming pool somewhere in France, reason was his father liked that pool so very much. Later on after being teased by his friends he gave a long explanation of changing his name to Pi, using some part of Mathematics and physics to all who called him ‘Pissing’ including his teachers. He had a deep belief in all religion, reason was the love of him towards god and a few influence of Padres. He was a born Hindu yet liked to be a catholic, Islamic, Jew and any religion follower. His father was having a Zoo on the government land, where animals were of his own. Things were going good, Pi got a lesson from his father for showing his courage by getting close to a tiger, Richard Parker named after some misconception at registration desk, when bought and was named on his x-owner’s name. Pi grown up, fell in love with an Indian cultural Dancer and their story was quite simple and sober as still date in villages it happens in any corner of the nation. Twist there is, Pi’s family got into trouble due to his father’s dispute with government on some land issues. Deciding to move to Canada the Pi’s family got into a Japanese Ship with all their animals on it. On the ship they had a problem while getting served by a cook, who was damn rude. Ship was in storms, big waves hitting the ship hard, anyhow Pi escaped, or say was in more trouble but was alive. He was on the ship with a zebra almost dead, a hyena which was the most cruelest character in the whole movie, a chimpanzee who came floating on bananas with Rechard Parker. The hyena was the first to kick off the battle to survive. It attacked the dying Zebra on the boat, killed it and had it almost all. Attacked the chimpanzee, got a hard hit but succeeded in killing the chimpanzee as well, and finally Parker came into the focus killing the hyena and giving a feature of threat to Pi for his life.
The movie then takes a turn and how Pi starts his voyage with a tiger with him all alone fighting with the circumstances coming in front of them in the face of flying fishes or say to satisfy the hunger of Parker. Pi was friendly enough and moreover scared in the beginning later on after striving for the food the tiger got weak resulting the emotional Pi melting totally. Finally they reached a destination and the tiger moved into the forest without giving a look back to Pi which broken Pi’s heart and made him unanswered the reason of Parker’s this gesture. All the way Pi did so much for parker but in the end that ruthless parker didn’t bothered to give a second look to him, that hurts Pi to his core. He cried, hard!
Irrfan Khan is being shown narrating this whole and is left with tears, while completing his words. The question asked to him immediately was is it to be believed? He counter questioned it to the writer. He said YES! Pi had another one, to narrate to the Japanese insurance people who were asking him questions when he landed on the beach with parker. The same he narrated to the writer. The gist of it was he replaced the hyena with the cook of the ship, Chimpanzee named Orange juice with his mother, Zebra with a sailor with a broken leg and Parker as Himself. This was pretty much believable but not as real as the one he said first. Lastly Pi(Irrfan Khan) introduces his wife and two children.
The movie has a message which says never give up, situation be anything. It’s a movie for all, kids learn from the spirit of Pi, youngsters learn to face things adverse, and adults learn to be truthful and morally sound. The movie leaves all with a question how a chap of 19-20 years old survives with a tiger in a voyage, being so humble and easy to it, losing his family in the storm. Was God helping him? Was he lucky? Is Pi lying?

This is Pi-The tale of a Tiger.
